LaZior Online Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Overview
Welcome to the LaZior Online platform. Before registering and using LaZior Online, you must carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By clicking "Agree" and completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
a. LaZior Online: Refers to the e-commerce platform operated by LaZior Sdn. Bhd.
b. User: Refers to any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or uses LaZior Online.
c. Agent: Refers to individuals or entities that have registered with LaZior Sdn. Bhd. and have been formally authorized to promote and sell LaZior products.
d. Customer: Refers to the end consumer who purchases LaZior products through LaZior Online.
e. VIP Customer: Refers to loyal customers who meet specific criteria and are entitled to special discounts and benefits on the LaZior Online platform.
3. User Accounts
a. Account Registration: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information to complete account registration and ensure their age complies with legal requirements (if under 18, parental/legal guardian consent is required). Users must create and maintain a secure password during registration.
b. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords. In case of any unauthorized access or abnormal activity, users should immediately notify LaZior.
c. Account Usage: Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, loaned, or shared with others.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure the accuracy of the information they provide while using LaZior Online and must not engage in any illegal activities. They are also required to respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
5. Product Purchases
a. Product Availability: All purchases made through LaZior Online are subject to product availability.
b. Pricing and Promotions: LaZior Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to determine final product prices and may hold promotions and discounts from time to time, as displayed on the platform.
c. Order Limitations: LaZior Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to limit the quantity of products or services purchased.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
a. Return Conditions: Users may request for return and exchange a product within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the packaging, serial number, or activation code remains intact. Any request for return and exchange will not be entertained by LaZior Online in the event that the return and exchange request was made after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. During peak seasons or holidays, the return and exchange processing may be delayed. We will notify you of any such delays affecting the return or refund process. For detailed instructions, please refer to the return policy below.
b. Non-Product Quality Issues: Due to food safety, inventory management, and product quality concerns, LaZior Online does not accept returns for non-quality relevant issue, i.e. for personal preference, taste, mistaken purchases, minor packaging defects that do not affect consumption, color discrepancies, or if the serial number or activation code is compromised. If you discover that the product packaging is damaged, leaking, or spoiled due to logistics during delivery, please immediately take photographs as evidence and contact our customer service team for a solution.
c. Product Quality Issues: LaZior Online guarantees that all products meet quality standards, and each product comes with an individual serial number or activation code for tracking purposes. If you receive products that are expired, spoiled, contain foreign objects, exhibit obvious manufacturing defects, or significantly deviate from the product description, LaZior Online will provide a one-to one exchange of the product purchased. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the delivery signature date) via LaZior Online’s customer service channels.
d. Return Process: To request a return, please send an email to inquiry@lazior.com, stating the reason for the return, along with your order number, product serial number or activation code, product details, and photographic or video evidence. After verification by the LaZior Online customer service team confirming that the request meets the return conditions, we will provide detailed instructions and guide you through the return process. Please follow the instructions to return the product. For quality-related returns, LaZior Online will bear the reasonable shipping costs.
e. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution: If you have any questions regarding this exchange policy or any issues during the purchase process, please contact our customer service team at inquiry@lazior.com. In case of disputes regarding the exchange policy, we encourage customers to contact the customer service team for resolution. We will strive to resolve the matter amicably and fairly. This policy complies with the applicable consumer protection laws of the country or region where LaZior Online operates. Rest assured, your consumer rights will be fully protected.
f. Final Interpretation: LaZior Online reserves the right to the final interpretation of this policy. We may adjust the exchange policy in response to market conditions, changes in laws and regulations, or business needs. Any adjustments will be announced in advance on the LaZior Online website, and we advise customers to review the policy before making purchases.
7. Payments and Order Processing
a. Payment Methods: Users must make payments through the payment methods provided by the LaZior Online platform, including credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment platforms, with the available options displayed on the platform. Users must ensure that the payment method used is their own or that they have been legally authorized to use it, and they bear all legal responsibility for the payment activities.
b. Finality of Transactions: All transactions completed on the LaZior Online platform are deemed final. Exchange requests will not be accepted unless they comply with LaZior Online's return policy and all conditions are met. Users should review product information, prices, quantities, and shipping addresses carefully before submitting an order. Once submitted and payment is complete, the transaction is considered final and irrevocable.
c. Order Processing: After users submit their orders and complete payment, LaZior will prepare the order based on the details provided (including product details, quantities, shipping address, contact number, etc.). Users must ensure the accuracy of the order details. LaZior is not responsible for any errors or omissions caused by the user (such as input errors, selection errors, etc.). Request for exchange due to such reasons will not be accepted, but users may contact LaZior customer service for possible solutions.
Additionally, LaZior reserves the right to split, combine, or cancel orders if necessary, such as due to insufficient stock, product discontinuation, or unserviceable addresses. In such cases, LaZior will endeavor to notify users in advance and provide reasonable explanations.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in activities on the LaZior Online platform, including but not limited to sending spam, uploading harmful content, conducting fraudulent transactions, infringing on others' privacy or intellectual property rights. If a user is found to be involved in any of these activities, LaZior Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to take actions, including but not limited to deleting content, freezing accounts, etc.
9. Promotions and Coupons
All promotional activities and coupon usage are subject to specific rules and conditions, which users must read and comply with before using. During peak shopping seasons (such as Double 11, Black Friday), order processing times may be extended. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely receipt of products.
10. Privacy Policy
LaZior Online understands the importance of protecting users' privacy and is committed to safeguarding every user's privacy rights. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information. Please carefully read the following content to better understand our privacy protection measures.
a. User-Generated Content: Users must ensure that all content published on LaZior Online complies with legal requirements and does not infringe on others' rights. LaZior Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to delete any content that violates this policy and assumes no legal responsibility for any consequences arising from users posting such content.
b. Information Collection: LaZior Online collects your personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details (mobile number, email address), residential address, payment information (such as credit card numbers), shopping history, browsing records, and preferences. These details are used to enhance your shopping experience, process orders, and provide personalized services. We may collect information when you register an account with LaZior Online, purchase products, participate in promotional activities, apply to become an agent, or contact us through any channel (including phone, email, social media, etc.). In addition, we may also collect browsing behavior and preferences through automated tools like cookies and log files to optimize our services.
c. Information Use: LaZior Online uses your personal information for order processing, customer service, product recommendations, and legitimate marketing activities. We commit not to use your information for any unrelated purposes unless we obtain your prior consent.
d. Information Sharing and Disclosure: LaZior Online does not share your personal information with any third party without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
- With affiliated companies or trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors, delivery companies) who perform functions essential to the operation of LaZior Online and are bound by confidentiality obligations;
- As required by law, court orders, or government authorities, to comply with legal requirements or to protect the safety, rights, or property of LaZior, its users, or the public;
- In cases of business transfers, such as mergers, acquisitions, or sale of company assets, in which personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. LaZior will notify users of any such changes and allow them to opt-out if they wish.
e. Data Security and Retention: LaZior Online is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. We implement industry-standard security measures, such as encryption, firewalls, and secure server hosting, to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and LaZior cannot guarantee the complete protection of user data. Users are encouraged to take personal steps, such as creating strong passwords and not sharing login details, to help safeguard their accounts. LaZior Online retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Once your personal information is no longer needed for legal or business purposes, we will take steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

Any significant updates will be communicated to users through notifications on the platform or via email. We recommend that users periodically review this policy to stay informed of any changes. By continuing to use the platform after such updates, users accept and agree to the revised policy.

11. Shipping Policy
LaZior Online is committed to ensuring that you receive your desired products smoothly and swiftly. To this end, we hereby clarify our shipping policy, specifically tailored to serve customers within Malaysia.
a. Shipping Range and Methods: Currently, LaZior Online provides shipping services only within Malaysia, covering both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping beyond Malaysia. We collaborate with several reliable logistics companies and select the most suitable shipping method based on your order details and delivery address, ensuring the security and timely delivery of your goods. Generally, we use standard courier services, but during special occasions (e.g., sales events), we may opt for alternative courier services to manage increased order volumes. Our shipping services are subject to periodic updates. Should we expand our services to other regions, we will promptly notify you.
b. Shipping Timeframe and Fees: LaZior Online will process orders within 1 to 3 business days after receipt, including picking, packing, and preparing the order for dispatch. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your delivery address and the selected logistics method. Typically, most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. However, please note that deliveries to remote areas or during special holidays may experience delays. We may offer free shipping promotions, with specific details indicated on the promotion page. Please be aware that during public holidays or special festive seasons, delivery times may be extended. We recommend planning ahead and allowing extra time to ensure timely receipt of your package. For domestic orders within Malaysia, we may charge shipping fees based on factors such as the order value, product weight and volume, and the delivery address. These fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout to ensure transparency without hidden costs. In certain promotional periods, additional charges may apply to remote or special delivery areas, which will be displayed at checkout and confirmed before payment.
c. Order Tracking and Inquiries: Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you via WhatsApp to inform you that the package has been shipped. You can log into LaZior Online to check the shipment tracking number. If you have not received the products or are unable to access shipping information within three (3) business days from the date of receiving the shipment tracking number, please promptly contact our customer service team for assistance in resolving the matter. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during the order process is accurate and complete, including but not limited to the house number, floor number, unit number, and any other necessary details to facilitate a successful delivery. LaZior Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held liable for any delivery failures or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. Upon receipt of your package, please inspect the exterior of the parcel for any signs of damage. If there are visible damages or signs of leakage, you are advised to take photographs as evidence and immediately contact our customer service team. Any claims relating to product damage during shipping must be supported by photographic proof.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the LaZior Online platform (including text, images, videos, trademarks, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. No individual or entity may copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without the written permission of LaZior Sdn. Bhd. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content from our website without explicit written consent from us.
13. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
a. Limitation of Liability: LaZior Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the user's negligence or improper actions while using LaZior Online, except as required by law.
b. Information Accuracy: LaZior Sdn. Bhd. endeavors to ensure the accuracy of the information on the platform but does not guarantee that the information is completely error-free. LaZior Sdn. Bhd. accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors or omissions in the information provided.
c. System Stability: LaZior Sdn. Bhd. will make every effort to maintain the platform’s stable operation but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions. LaZior Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any losses resulting from system failures.
d. Force Majeure: LaZior Sdn. Bhd. will not be held liable for any interruptions or delays in service caused by natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
e. Data Breach: If a third party unlawfully accesses our servers and compromises user data, LaZior Sdn. Bhd. will notify affected users. However, LaZior Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any damages resulting from such data breaches.
14. Violation Handling
If a user violates any terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions or the Agency Agreement, LaZior Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to take actions including warnings, restricting account functions, terminating user qualifications, or pursuing legal liability.
15. Third-Party Links
LaZior Online may contain links to third-party websites or services. LaZior is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, terms, or conditions of such third-party websites.
16. Communication Methods
LaZior Sdn. Bhd. may contact users via email, SMS, phone, or other electronic means, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, promotional information, etc. Users agree to receive such communications and can opt out via options provided on the platform.
17. Modifications and Termination
LaZior Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided through the LaZior Online platform or other reasonable means. If users disagree with the modified terms, they should immediately cease using the LaZior Online platform. In case of significant changes, such as updates to our privacy practices, we will notify users via email before such changes take effect. LaZior Sdn. Bhd. also reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions and a user’s account at any time, though we will make every effort to provide advance notice to users.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions should first be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over LaZior Sdn. Bhd.’s registered office. Any disputes arising during your use of our services shall be resolved through legal channels in Malaysia, governed by Malaysian law.
19. Data Protection and Compliance
LaZior Sdn. Bhd. is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws and safeguarding users’ personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information. Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data. LaZior Sdn. Bhd. will not disclose users’ data to third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
20. Security Measures
LaZior Sdn. Bhd. is dedicated to protecting the security of users’ accounts and personal data. We employ the latest encryption technologies, conduct regular security audits, and utilize multi-factor authentication to secure the platform and defend against potential cyber threats. Planned maintenance will be communicated to users via email or our website in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
21. Service Changes
LaZior Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify or terminate platform services at any time, with or without prior notice to users. Users are encouraged to check platform announcements regularly to stay informed about any service changes. LaZior Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from service modifications. If users wish to transfer their data to another platform, they may request a copy of their data in a commonly used format.
22. Termination of Agreement
LaZior Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate this agreement if a user violates the terms or if the platform ceases operations. Users may also terminate their use of the platform by providing prior notice. Upon termination, users are required to cease using the platform and delete any associated data.
23. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform any of their obligations under this agreement due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, and government actions, provided that the event continues for no more than 90 days. Upon the conclusion of the force majeure event, both parties shall endeavor to resume fulfilling their contractual obligations.
24. Miscellaneous Provisions
a. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
b. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
c. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and LaZior Sdn. Bhd., superseding any prior oral or written communications, statements, or agreements.
