Return and Exchange Policy
a. Return Conditions: Users may request for return and exchange a product within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the packaging, serial number, or activation code remains intact. Any request for return and exchange will not be entertained by LaZior Online in the event that the return and exchange request was made after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. During peak seasons or holidays, the return and exchange processing may be delayed. We will notify you of any such delays affecting the return or refund process. b. Non-Product Quality Issues: Due to food safety, inventory management, and product quality concerns, LaZior Online does not accept returns for non-quality relevant issue, i.e. for personal preference, taste, mistaken purchases, minor packaging defects that do not affect consumption, color discrepancies, or if the serial number or activation code is compromised. If you discover that the product packaging is damaged, leaking, or spoiled due to logistics during delivery, please immediately take photographs as evidence and contact our customer service team for a solution.
c. Product Quality Issues: LaZior Online guarantees that all products meet quality standards, and each product comes with an individual serial number or activation code for tracking purposes. If you receive products that are expired, spoiled, contain foreign objects, exhibit obvious manufacturing defects, or significantly deviate from the product description, LaZior Online will provide a one-to one exchange of the product purchased. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the delivery signature date) via LaZior Online’s customer service channels.
d. Return Process: To request a return, please send an email to inquiry@lazior.com, stating the reason for the return, along with your order number, product serial number or activation code, product details, and photographic or video evidence. After verification by the LaZior Online customer service team confirming that the request meets the return conditions, we will provide detailed instructions and guide you through the return process. Please follow the instructions to return the product. For quality-related returns, LaZior Online will bear the reasonable shipping costs.
